Ontime office solution is a leading trader and retailer of Office Stationaries, House Keeping materials, Cleaning chemicals, Computer accessories and many other products. Knowing the advantages of electronic invoicing and considering the invoicing volumes, OOS required a web application which simplies their invoicing and want to reduce the mistakes and typos in manual invoice. They want to generate invoice, keep track of the invoices and payment and view reports and much more.
Solution
GBrit developed a user friendly web application based on OOS requirement. The dedicated team at GBrit built a cloud solution where OOS can manage their invoices from anywhere. The new Quotation configuration module which is unique from the other invoicing applications will give the product cost configures to the respective parties either client or the supplier. The dashboard which is custom designed for OOS provides business insights to the management.
